		<description>This is not a blog comment, but an odd hello to a stranger.

I am a California nearly-retired s/w engineer who found your blog this odd way: I was cyber touring the Sacramento Delta on Google Earth, ending up in Stockton where I clicked on a picture of the Penny Newman Grain Towers.  Who was Penny I thought?  Google knows all!  The 1st link is to the company website which showed locations in the South (Mississippi, Tennesee and Georgia (surrounding your state)).  The 2nd link however was to a waybill listing Harvest States Coop in Crookston, MN.  Well, my maternal grandmother was born in Crookston (I&#039;m 1/2 Norwegian of course) so I&#039;m curious.  The waybill looks strange because it seems to be the model-rr company - so I truncate the URL and discover your family website, then your Ex Cathedra blog.  Hmmm?  A liberal in the Deep South with a name like Rev. Bob?  Fantastic to know this.  Now all I have to do is spend the next three years checking out each of the interesting links on the blogroll over there ----&gt;
